Privacy on zuzu.music
Last updated October 14, 2026
This page covers this website: the waitlist and the Meta Pixel. The ZuZu app has its own policy at studio.zuzu.music/privacy.
When you join the waitlist
We keep:
- your email address,
- whether you joined as a fan or an artist,
- how you found us: the ad or link you came from, and the page that sent you, if any,
- the artist you’d like on ZuZu, if you choose to tell us.
We use it to tell you when ZuZu opens and to give you first access, and to see which ads and links bring people to us. We don’t sell it, and we don’t share it with anyone but the service that stores it for us (Supabase).
The Meta Pixel
We use Meta’s Pixel to measure our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta when this page is visited and when someone joins the waitlist. We never send Meta your email or any other personal details.
The Pixel runs in your browser, so Meta can see things your browser shares with any website, such as your IP address and device, and it stores a cookie (_fbp) to recognise repeat visits. What Meta does with that is covered by Meta’s privacy policy. You can limit it in your browser’s privacy settings or in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings.
Apart from that cookie, this site keeps one thing in your browser: which ad or link you arrived from, until you close the tab, so your sign-up can be counted against it.
Being removed
Email admin@zuzu.music from the address you signed up with and ask to be removed. We’ll delete what we hold about you and confirm when it’s done. You can also ask us what we hold. We keep your details until you ask us to remove them.
